Pricing & Billing

Pricing is based on scope, features, complexity, and timeline. We offer fixed-price packages, milestone-based billing, and custom quotations.

Payments

Payments may be made via Cash or Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, GCash). PayPal is accepted for international clients.

Yes. A 50% downpayment is required upon signing the contract.

No. The downpayment is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% is due within seven (7) days after final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Services may be suspended until outstanding balances are settled.

Yes. A 3% simple monthly interest applies after a 7-day grace period.

Support & Maintenance

Maintenance and support fees are billed every first Friday of the month.
